Kayla has always been passionate about bringing people together to celebrate life’s most meaningful milestones. After teaching in Canada and organizing numerous community events in Sweden, she founded her Colorado-based corporate event planning company, Colorado Corporate Escapes in 2019 — a natural evolution of her love for connection, creativity, and thoughtfully curated experiences. Colorado Celebrations became an extension of that business.
Her strengths lie in seeing the big picture while honoring the smallest details — ensuring your wedding reflects your love story, style, and priorities with intention and care.
When she’s not designing celebrations, Kayla enjoys Latin dancing, hiking Colorado trails, cooking, biking, traveling, and teaching yoga. Her yoga background brings a calm, grounded presence to the planning process, helping couples feel supported, centered, and confident every step of the way.

Originally from the UK, Claire brings a global perspective and extensive experience in high-level logistics and event management. Her career coordinating international music tours in Los Angeles sharpened her ability to manage complex timelines, high expectations, and intricate details.
After relocating to Colorado, Claire expanded her expertise into marketing for wedding professionals, event management for a venue and full-service wedding coordination — solidifying her passion for planning seamless, stylish celebrations.
Her attention to detail ensures every moving piece works in harmony — allowing you and your guests to relax and fully experience the celebration.
Outside of event planning, Claire enjoys exploring the mountains, paddle boarding, hiking, and Zumba.
