From the moment we began planning, it was clear that Lyndsey & Walker were a couple who wanted their wedding day to be filled with the people, moments, and details that mattered most to them.

A Relaxed and Joy-Filled Wedding Celebration

Lyndsey and Walker were an absolute joy to work with – laid back, kind, and so easygoing. Their relaxed approach allowed the day to unfold naturally, creating an atmosphere where everyone could simply enjoy being together. And at the heart of it all was their sweet daughter, who was included in every special moment of the celebration. She was clearly an important part of their story and had plenty of memorable moments of her own – including two costume changes that absolutely stole the show!

Thoughtful Planning Behind the Scenes

As their wedding planner, we helped coordinate the behind-the-scenes details that allowed Lyndsey and Walker to truly enjoy their day. We coordinated rentals, guided them through design elements and rentals, created a detailed floor plan, and developed a comprehensive timeline to make sure their vendors and wedding party were all on the same page.

We also took care of one of those small but meaningful tasks that can make such a difference on a wedding day: collecting decor items from their home and delivering them to the venue. Instead of worrying about boxes, decorations, and getting everything to Ironwood on the morning of their wedding, Lyndsey and Walker could simply relax, get ready, and enjoy the start of their celebration.

The delicious food, stunning florals from Compass Rose Floral, and thoughtful details came together beautifully without taking away from what mattered most: celebrating this family and the beginning of their next chapter together.

From Dinner to Dancing

For Lyndsey and Walker, guests gathered around the firepit, enjoying S’mores as the evening settled in. Later, the energy shifted to the dance floor, where glow sticks helped bring the night to an unforgettable finish.

It was the kind of wedding celebration that reminds us why we love what we do. The best celebrations aren’t necessarily about elaborate details or a packed schedule, they’re about creating space for people to laugh, connect, dance, and make memories together.
